                  terrorists could use this to shoot down incoming planes landing with a rocket launcher. This should be illegal and taken down under the US Patriot Act.

                      However I admit though that the fucking PATRIOT ACT NEEDS TO GO BUT THIS IS NOT Politics so I digress...
