Tulipa Recordings is ready to start the summer with release number ten, Delicacies, a small collection of uniquely fresh songs by some talented up-and-comers in the techno and house realms. These tunes have been carefully handpicked by label boss Summer (Brendon Collins) to represent the current sound of Tulipa Recordings.
Nash Donson introduces Delicacies with 'House For Sale', a techno piece flared with melodic stabs. Andrea Fissore lends a brooding tech-house number with 'Gone Far'. The mysterious Pip Squeek delivers 'Ectomorph', a shimmery adventure with a twisted melody that embraces a minimal sensibility. Simon Firth drops by with 'Digital Rain', a pixilated feet-mover. Finishing this release is QuiQui's 'Hydroxytryptamine', a driving techno titan gripping the reigns of a mind-warping lead synth.
