^I've had that before. Good stuff, but too expensive is right.

        So is this:

              Re: Favorite Drink

              My favourite after dinner 'digestivo'.

Mirto Zedda Piras, traditional Sardinian spirit, originates from the small red berries (Red Myrtle) and the leaves (White Myrtle) of the Myrtle plant (Myrtus Communis). Extremely popular in Sardinia, it isserved as an after-dinner drink. Its particular aroma makes it adistinctive spirit and its unmistakable perfume is appreciated by the most demanding consumers.

Zedda Piras’ range is completed by Filu ’e Ferru, a grappadistinguished for its vigour (42%), diluted by the light characteristic aroma of wild fennel seeds, and Ramo d’Oro, obtained by theinfusion of lemon peel cultivated respecting the natural life of the plant, and following an antique recipe that Zedda Piras has maintained unaltered through the years.

The history of Zedda Piras is tightly bound to its land of origin,Sardinia. It all began in 1854 in Cagliari from the initiative of Francesco Zedda: initially focused on wines, the company soon enlarged its offer with distillates, spirits and liquors, which quickly became the heart of the business. In 1994 Zedda Piras became part ofSella&Mosca which was later acquired by Gruppo Campari. At the end of the ‘90s the company adopted innovative workingtechnologies without modifying the traditional production process.

Zedda Piras is distributed across Europe, its main market is Italy.

Funny enough, since starting this thread, my tastes have changed a lot. Nowadays these are my favorite drinks:

                    1) Green Tea
                    2) Publix Spring Water
                    3) Arnold Palmer (Lemonade + Tea)
                    4) Iced Tea
                    5) A nice glass of red (like maybe once a month)

It was fun while it lasted...

was drinking arnold palmer's last night! kinda like the rasberry tea w/ lemonade version.

x2 on green tea. matcha, especially.

Port wine. Six Grapes or Fladgate will suffice.

                      Manhattans.

Water. I get mine from an aquifer. none of that gross city water (or as I like to call it, city tea lol)

Yah I won't drink Orlando's tap water - no way. Makes me feel like crap about 10 minutes later. I've tried to drink it several times, no go.

I also enjoy the occasional Sangria if it's made well. That stuff is amazing.

agreed, even their Caribbean Cask is very good. But the double wood and even better bang for the buck is this one. Love the smokey flavor. Neat ... without ice
