Well what can we say about ES in 2011. Riley and Durrant, Dave Spoon, Hoxton Whores, Dave Seaman,Tydi and now one of the hottest Djs on the planet now in Guy J.
Guy J is a young, much-in-demand Producer, DJ and Live Act whose infectious production talents, busy worldwide touring schedule, electric live shows and groundbreaking debut album on Bedrock have all contributed to the success he's currently experiencing. This will be his debut for ES and his first London appearance in a good while. An indication of his popularity can be seen by his tour diary that sees him play Australia, Chile, Argentina within the space of the next 2 weeks.
Along with a handful of his fellow countrymen, the Israeli is now at the forefront of a movement towards the melody-rich and emotionally charged roots of the House music spectrum. Guy's productions have earned praise for their tight, driving beats, shimmering, warm synths and blossoming, journey like arrangements.
