RAZE – Break For Love

Champion Records’ house-classic “Break 4 Love”, by Raze, has been given one of the biggest remix packages in the record-label’s history.
Kicking off is Blame, arguably one of the biggest names in Drum & Bass today, having had releases on the likes of Hospital Records, Metalheadz, Good Looking Records, and of course his own label 720 Degrees. He’s also remixed some of the greats, including the Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back”, David Guetta & Kelly Rowland’s number 1 single “When Love Takes Over”, and even Steve Angello & Laidback Luke’s version of “Show Me Love”. Blame’s remix of Break 4 Love is pure summer D&B heaven, already championed by Mistajam on BBC 1Xtra and Fabio & Grooverider!
Taking things deeper and groovier are Soul Clap, currently responsible for the latest installment of DJ Kicks compilations. The Soul Clap boys have stripped the track right back and rebuilt it in an extremely classy way, adding touches of their own flair and originality for their Main Mix, whilst their Dub goes even deeper.
The original track’s roots firmly in the house and garage era, Matt Jam Lamont & Scott Diaz are on hand, additionally, to give it a classic spin – think sunshine and Ibiza!
