In what sense? There are threads on page 1 of P&R that are have been there a couple of days to let people notice them. If things were the same then these threads would have been about page 3 by now and most people dont bother checking back that far.

Just look in the new forum Adam created and you will see what the difference would have been.

Yeah and with the exception of about 3 of them they mostly have less then 50 views and 3 responses. You could look at them for a year and no one would notice them.

Matter of opinion mate. Not everyone comes on here for the Sasha/Digweed/Warren sets and if your interest stops after the "The big 4" sub-forums then fair enough.

Of course there isnt going to be the same amount of views or replies on a lesser known name's set but everyone has to start out somewhere.

I enjoy discovering new talent through here and else where and im sure a lot of others do aswell, the reason for change to P&R for many was because there were so many sets and reposts of sets that it was making it a bit of a riot.

I spend most of my [ms] time on P&R and i already notice a difference and im sure there are other regulars of P&R seeing it aswell.

Quality that they usually are, there are others just as good if not better than them. Just dont have the "name".

I get your point though, from a certain perspective some threads look as if they go unnoticed but they probably arent.

Really? You clearly dont know what you are talking about then Chunky.

For a start, i dont post sets with links for financial gain or for any other reason other than liking the music and for others to hear aswell.

When Adam was starting up the DJDB he asked me (along with others) if we would help in building the database and he can correct me if im wrong but his words to me were "every artist deserves a profile on the DB".

Just because you have never heard of or like the stuff i post doesnt mean to say others dont or that im "spamming" the board. Yes i go through stages where i post a lot of sets but thats because imo there are so many good ones out there that i KNOW others will like.

Take the old school progressive blinkers off, there is actually more to underground house music than 90's clubbing.
