i wouldn't say its a rip of, in the dnb scene a lot of people are known to use the same sample cd's and shit plus i know for a fact that all the samples had to be cleared before s.p.y released this track as there was a big discussion about it on a dnb forum, and hey u would be surprised just how many artists from all around the scene sample film scores lol
