ok i am fifteen years late on this one, but i wanted to coment on this movie.
all the actors did a really good job in it specially dicaprio. well i guess he got nominated for it. the trippiest part is when he is at the dudes house going to withdrawels.. fucking crazy. whats crazy is that its based on a true story. couldn't imagine going thru all that.

Nice movie It's hard to believe that depicted story was real though, main
character got away from serious grug addiction pretty painlessly
(at least in the movie).
Di Caprio is really good, his second best role imo (after Gilbert Grape movie),
the scene when they play basketball high on speed is classic

No no, I was thinking about the scene when they play basketball in the rain Watched it a long time ago and I'm not sure whether they were high/drunk/whatever , but the acting was intense
