The last time i got butterflies was the last time i spoke to a certain person about one of my tunes. He`s putting it forward to quite a well known player. Nothing may ever come of it but my stomach was in tatters.

last years WMC i walked into space and went up to the dj booth on the first room... i think dj monk was playing... i just stood there and i swear i shed a tear i was so happy

^^^ Same here. Glad to know I'm not the only one who gets so worked up over things. The morning we were leaving for Miami last year I could not sleep at all. So I played video games until my friends showed up. I ended up sleeping most of the way down there, but man...I couldn't have beat myself to sleep before then.

I hate that, I can't eat anything and all I wanna do is get to the club and get a rum&coke in my hand to settle my nerves and calm my stomach down...that's when I'm the happiest...then I know I can just let go, dance, and let the DJ take me wherever with twists turns and surprises along the way. It's all about hearing the future of sound with these guys too, you know? I like seeing where some of this new, younger talent are taking electronic music.

I also get butterflies anticipating the "dark" moments of the night that just tear your face off and hand it to you! That shit's powerful!
