You should pick up that book i`m reading by Allen Carr, I wont say it`s a riveting read but the points the guy makes make a lot of sense. He tries to brainwash you into quiting just like ciggs have brainwashed you into continuing. I`ve nearly finished, and the day i do is the day i quit for good
