Rosie Romero & Kyfu - Black Magic
1. Orginal
2. Re-Zone Remix
Rosie Romero and Kyfu teamed up for their new single entitled “Black Magic”, released on the Avanti imprint.
“Black Magic” as a title leaves a lot up to your own imagination as a DJ, ‘cause the techno style setup of this one gives a lot of leeway for everyone to mix it up any way they want to in a creative live set. For the older cats amongst us it will be a little bit of a walk down memory lane, ‘cause the overall production of “Black Magic” refers a bit to “French Kiss” by Lil’ Louis. The sweaty drum programming and the undercooled, dark percussion work perfectly on the dance floor, almost as if the track wants to put a spell on you. It leads us all into a long and enticing break. A perfect cut for the techno- and progressive jocks.
Re-Zone stayed true to the original, but added some extra percussion, far away hand claps, soundtrack style synths and a more trance-style, arrangements. Perfect for the true underground clubs but also the vast outdoor tech events. Hot one here!
