Hey everyone!!
Im not really sure what I should be doing..
I hope Im doing the right thing.
This time I will introduce myself and give you a brief description about my musical taste.
My Name is Ghassan (DJ Gusso) and my love for music was discovered by my parents when I was a little baby.
First time I ever spoke I actually sang a song.
So my Dad got my first musical instrument (casio small keyboard)
I fell in love with it..
Later I fell in live with electronic music.
When I was 6 years old I used to leave the house on my own to go buy Disco tapes.
A couple of years later I staerted listening to Depeche mode - Duran Duran - Howard Jones - Billy Idol and a few other artists that were related to electronic music in one wy or another.
@ the year of 14 I discovered the wonderfull world of DJs.
I remember I used to sneak out of school to go watch a local DJ who used to mix tapes n sell them (No copyright rules were implemented at that time in this region).
He had 1200s. and more.
I told him I want to be like him. a DJ.
he did not hesitate in helping me out.
I fell in Love again. This time with mixing.
During college In Russia I was the DJ @ almost every party organised in college or by college students
When I finished college I decided to focus on my career and ignore Djing and partying.
But @ the age of 27 I was introduced to the Hug Drug (Ecstacy)
And so I wnet back to DJing,
Now Im 32 years old. and Im still in love with electronic music.
My taste?? Good House music
All kinds of House
