as you all can see, the number of menu items on top has increased so much.... its making the page width wider and wider..... I could resort to an implementation like that on MP but thought I'd see if the pros on MS have a better suffestion....

the only other thing I can do is create three rows of menus instead of two or a drop down one

drop down menus are nice, they do need a couple lines of code if you want to make them nice (not just the usual drop down box like the one for jumping between subforums) and if you want them to be compatible for every browser flavour around... (meaning every non w3 compliant browser... like ie :P)

They got a pretty good drop-down menu there. Why don't you ask the webmaster which one he uses?

As for the No New PM's Message...I say keep it, or if you have the "Message Centre" instead, whenever someone gets a new message put a "Message Centre (x)", where x = number of new messages.
