    Two of techno's most dynamic artists are coming back to New York for this special ReSolute + Basic collaboration.     The UK's Alan Fitzpatrick and Sweden's Joel Mull will be playing a rare double-header lineup as we begin the Labor Day weekend celebrations with a night of dark, deep and driving dancefloor techno. This is Alan's New York City debut, and Joel always turns the crowd inside out; with Basic's Sleepy & Boo and ReSolute's Connie rounding out the lineup this will be a party not to be missed.               The location for the party is going to be THE PALMS in Long Island City! 22-01 Jackson Avenue at 44th Drive.

              This is the brand-new pop-up pool party venue that will be closing following Labor Day weekend. Food, drinks, swimming outdoors and killer music.

                              Due to unexpected delays securing their VISAs, Joel Mull and Alan Fitzpatrick have been forced to cancel their upcoming US tour - including their appearance at the Plams Friday for ReSolute + Basic. Everyone is very upset about this and we will be working to get them here as soon as possible. See below for a statement from the artists.

                              But we will still be partying at the Palms on Friday! And we have a stellar lineup coming your way. Our new guests will be Alphahouse's BUTANE, Underground Quality's DJ QU, and NYC's techno innovator JOHN SELWAY, along with Sleepy & Boo, Connie and more. A huge range of underground music on offer for you at one of New York’s most unique party spots.

                              Statement from Joel Mull and Alan Fitzpatrick:
                              "It is with huge regret and disappointment that we have been forced to cancel our forthcoming tour dates in United States due to delays with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services processing our work visas. Despite this tour being planned for the last three months and the combined efforts of our booking agent and management, we are still to receive the relevant paperwork from USCIS and so we have run out of time to process the visa in time for us to travel to United States next week. Cancelling the tour is absolutely the last resort and is not something which we take lightly. However, to travel without the relevant work permits is not only unprofessional but illegal. We hope that all the fans and promoters who are affected by this cancellation will understand the difficult position we have been put in and we both look forward to re-arranging the dates for as soon as possible."
