Krush is our take on the warehouse experience, simply how we imagine a perfect night out to be. Embracing all the artistic notions we love we invite you to come and share with us our lavish enthusiasm of all things house and techno yet again! For our fourth edition we are taking over one of Old Street’s best basement spaces with a line up that is nothing but off-the-hook. Our venue is not as big as our previous events so it is limited capacity – we urge you to get your tickets well in advance as not to miss out on this remarkable line up!

    DINKY
Krush’s first guest is the one and only Alejandra Iglesias, better known as Dinky. One of the world renowned pack of artists from the late nineties and early 2000’s to cultivate new electronic sounds, it was alongside her peers and collaborator’s including Luciano, Villalobos and Magda that Dinky earned her reputation as an artist whose name denotes respect, longevity and innovation. Triggering her love for electronic music as far back as the mid nineties, Dinky’s experiences in Berlin and New York’s underground night caverns led her from her hometown of Santiago to Manhattan where she studied contemporary dance alongside making her first steps into music production and developing her style as a dj. By the early 2000’s Dinky had landed in Berlin where a rapidly moving world of dance music swallowed her whole and has not let up since. Success has surrounded our lady of the night over the decade that has followed with residencies at the infamous Panorama Bar and Sven Vath’s Amnesia parties, continuous world tours and festival appearances and a bulging release discography on the world’s finest labels. Not only does Dinky’s unique sound span EP’s and album’s on imprints such as Wagon Repair, Vakant, Cocoon and Ostgut Ton but in 2005 she set up her Horizontal label that to this day, releases music from the top of the electronic league. As the dj that Krush can expect – Dinky’s ability to rock small underground venues with equal measure to massive arenas is second to none and her technique impresses through her fresh and exciting style without limitation. Weaving through new house to deep minimal techno, experimental, old school and even funk and soul it is with massive pleasure that we announce the beautiful Dinky.

    SOLOMUN
Next up is Diynamic head honcho and dedicated muso Solomun! The Hamburg-based, Bosnian-born Croatian has played a crucial part in redefining house music in recent years. Whether via his productions, remixes or hefty touring schedule as a dj, Solomun’s contribution is one that you can’t fail to have missed as of late with his name spanning media and industry in abundance. Gracing the world’s finest clubs with his encapsulating beats and putting out an impressive foray of tracks and remixes for the likes of Liebe Detail, Buzzin Fly, Freerange, Get Physical, Phil E, Mobilee, Dessous, Compost, Four:Twenty and his own Diynamic imprint – it’s safe to say we are excited to welcome Solomun to the fold this month with his modern twist on house.

    SAOIRSE
Joining our two headliners is our very own London based dj Saoirse. The StayinUp resident, Plate’s weekly radio host and familiar face on our beloved underground circuit has made a firm name for herself in recent years supporting the likes of Maya Jane Coles, jozif, Adam Shelton and more. Fuelling our dance floors with her diverse house grooves riddled with deep bass and contagious riffs, the results are the type we all know and love – pure mayhem. Welcome aboard Saoirse.

    NIKOS
The last of our August Krush artists is our man and resident Nikos. His March set described by Ibiza Voice as “taking control and weaving a techno focused set, he left the crowd yearning for more come closing time on a night he can be justifiably proud of”, NikoS has been impressing you guys and the media alike! An artist and promoter with a long and reputable background in dance music, Nikos is the man behind the conceptions of Greece’s seminal Reworks festival and TBar’s long gone but not forgotten regularirregular nights. Having played alongside some of the industry’s most respected acts including Ricardo Villalobos, Steve Bug, Joris Voorm and Tiefshwarz Nikos’s sets are building quite a reputation for themselves.
