Blast from the mutha fuckin PAST!

So I'm mixing in me bedroom, as per usual, and I decide to have a "classics" night so to speak, and whip out my cheesy trance vinyl and whatever else is intermingled with those rips on about 10 or so CD's. (I love my denon-2600F).

Anyhow, what do I wake from the dead, but some classic twilo tracks (saturday night twilo) that I completely forgot existed, and reminding oneself that a lot cheese is at some point or another "hot" or "wicked" in some way... I find

Junior Vasquez's mix of Macy Gray 'I try" which is a combination of Zombie Nation and the Gray vocal, its so odd I can't being to explain, but its kind of good actually, lol.

And Prince, Thieves in the Temple, Juniors Twilo mix, defintely cheesy, but when played at twilo (sorry chemicalsBeavis) it sounded like the most evil, goosebumps bigger than J-lo's ass, bad-ass track... played at like 11am when the pupils dont get any bigger, that sort of thing. Anyway, there's more, but does anyone recall these? Does anyone care to hear them? Does anyone? Does?

Oh, I remember the days of walking around e-tarded at my friend's apartment listening to the Swiss and Gouda oozing from his speakers. My, my, my thank God those days are gone.

I love digging thru the old stuff...
the thing is, a lot of people in Tampa wouldnt even recognise most of the old stuff as old stuff, because they have never heard it before, lol.

Mmmmmm, Gouda. Reminds me of a time I was staying in Berlin and I wanted to make enchiladas for my friend, we go shoppin, no cheddar, no jack, and in his cute little german way tries to tell me that gouda is just the same...

thats like Vanilla ice being substituted with MC Hammer... they both melt, same pants pretty much, but 2 very different cheeses. its not ice time, its hammer time, am I right?

I once found a slice of 10-year old classic pizza hidden deep inside my closet.

They sure dont make pizza like they used to.

yeah but did you ever hear junior at Soundfactory? ...now in those days he really was unfreakin believable! I always felt he took a turn towards the cheese the longer he was at Twilo.
