Yes since the origins of the uprising there have been many allegations of ethnic cleansing held towards the Black and Immigrant nationalities in Libya. But it does not mean, NATO or even Obama acclaimed this.

Not sure if this in any part addresses my post...its not all or nothing...its more like something or nothing...in this case...nothing. I unlike you am prepared to approach this open minded...hope I am wrong and that Libya turns out to be a prosperous "democracy" as I hope for all the newly "democratic" Arab states...I can't see it happening but we can all hope but you know what they say...."pray with one hand shit in the other and see which one fills up first" ....it will be interesting to see how this "democracy" holds up when it comes to Egypts foreign policy towards Israel.
