      Hmm I'm using BetterTouchTool but this looks like it might have more built-in functions.

                  $7 + $20 for 1pass + $30 for unison + $60 for textmate + $4 for commandq + $14 for optimal layout.

                  it seems like there is a ton less open source small utility type software for osx...but oh well.

                              Pretty sure there is a free alternative to 1pass, though I use 1pass myself.

                                  I actually just use keepass: http://keepass.info/

                                  Mainly because it runs on osx, windows and my android. And it is just one encrypted file. So I keep that file on my Dropbox and I can get to my passwords and keep them in sync everywhere. Win.

                                                  I always just use Vim on whatever OS I'm using personally.
