you get that error when you have an expired cookie..... clear your ms cookie, log out of ms, close browser, open new browsers, login to ms and try and download again

nope, I'm getting this error since early this morning. 404, files might be gone or some part of the link has changed, or the server could be down, too.
I'm sorry I'm late on this one, the 404 was because the webserver crashed and on reboot, started pointing to the wrong folder, took me a bit to see this post and figure out

as for people getting the "You are attempting to access this set without proper credentials. Please re-enter your password, or try again later." error, its because your pop up blocker is terminating the download and when you right click on the bar saying download file, the code is spitting that error out..... make sure your pop up blockers are turned off
