All of the posts you highlighted Adam were responses to someone else's behaviour in a thread dedicated to a guy who had just died that was derailed with hate. The malice wasn't there in the first place, as is generally the case.

I think the Ignore button is a great solution to shit like this. I've seen it used on other boards very effectively to keep the personal attacks and trolling minimized and it saves the admins from having to constantly policing the board for content with the exception of extreme cases.

I haven't been on here in a while, but it seems like some of the issues are still here. It is sad to see a place that means so much have to continuously struggle with this. I hope that with the mods becoming stricter with the consequences things will finally start to change and make this place a friendlier place to be again
