House, House and more House 2010 was as an epic year for young Irish Producer Smak [aka Steve Mc Cready]. He started off having both his Wormhole single and Can't Live Without E.P snapped up by labels, Ritual Music and Sketchbook. It was evident from an early stage in his career that he was making his mark. 2011 has turned out to be even bigger as he was snapped up sharpish by strippedmuzikclub boss Norman H and thus the relationship began with the first offering "Stereo Sushi" appearing on the successful Stripped Recordings mix compilation MMXI - Volume I.The track was then the title track from his EP which was released on sister label Hype Muzik featuring the massive "Counteract".Up next was the follow up "Ground Zero EP" which recieved BBC Radio One airplay from Annie Nightingale two weeks on the trot.Smak is definitely now a name to watch with dj's around the globe tuning in to his style which is predominatley house and ggreat house music at that.Josh Wink,Dubfire,Nick Warren,Roger Sanchez,Estroe,Hernan Cattaneo the list goes on.The young Irishman is set to light a few fires well into 2012 with this his debut album appropriatley (we think) entitled "Addicted To...
