im from guadalajara, mexico :P..........i dont have dreams like movies......just random stuff on each dream, like this one with the guy of discovery channel that was accussed to risk his baby life with a cocodrile or something.....was on some school and in sime picture of him(moving like harry potter ones) and he start to smoke pot coz his cigarrete maybe another joint fall off his hands to some hole with a cocodrile.....very weird coz the cocodrile jump off and it start to transforming into some tiny lizard wich had orange colors at both sides of his chest.......it have more story but dont know if some of you like to read this......

I think this works because you are making a concous (sp?) decision to drink the water in the morning, which makes you recall your dream (since thats the reason for setting the water out). Nothing to do really with the water itself. Much like keeping a dream journal you update when you wake up. Like someone above said, everyone dreams but not everyone remembers.

My trick.

I do 50 push-ups IN A ROW. (together in squence)

and drink a nice cold glass of milk. i walk around, flex, strut, and walk upstaris and go to sleep.

ok, well i find this page that seems to be helpfull for those who wants to have lucid dreams, or actually control them....seems very interesnting but who know how hard is it right...?....

there explain you all the necessary stuff you should know about lucid dream have some links to other pages and more...if someone know a better page lemme know i like about this to much....maybe coz i remember to well my dreams......
