    NBA Reaches Deal

    The season will start on Christmas with a triple-header. I personally think that although many players are over paid, with the way the economy is things probably needed to be overhauled... and if a lockout was the only way to reach agreements, then so be it. But I'm not a die hard fan by any stretch of the imagination and don't go to but maybe 3 games per season. In Orlando, the new Arena is really world class amazing, so it has been shitty for the city here to not have any games.

      The money involved with the players is just astounding. But I guess that goes for any sport these days. Have you ever seen Hoop Dreams?

          I am SO happy that this finally got done. I can't wait to get to a Timberwolves game in December. Hoops are back!

                  I can't get into basketball anymore, and i can't get excited about this news. for many of the smaller market teams, i'm not entirely sure how they remain profitable.
