If 2011 can be summed up in one word, one turn of phrase then 'eclectic' is surely it. DJs such as Ben UFO and Jackmaster are spinning increasingly disparate sets, which mix unreleased dubplates with house classics and guilty pleasures.
Rinse FM somehow manages to cram the rainbow nation of bass on its frequencies, with the station arguably more relevant now than ever. Ending the year in style, the one time pirate turned chart success story is set to take control of Fabric for one night only - and it's inviting every single DJ from its schedule along for the party.

As a special preview, ClashMusic have managed to grab hold of Youngsta's set from the Rinse FM 17th anniversary party. Taking place at Brixton Academy, the show was an audacious demonstration of the clout Rinse holds.
Youngsta stepped up to the plate amid ferocious competition, and laid down a set which pushed the bass bins to the brink of their existence.
