This project is set for release towards the end of January, bringing an extra layer of warmth in the middle of the cold winter. Kick back and relax!

Young Argentine producer Exequiel Brandan (aka Brandub) follows up his Maquetas EP. Very much involved in the local scene Brandub started playing in Cordoba’s main clubs such as La Macarena or Dorian Gray in 2007.

In those walls, he already engraved numerous sets with his friends and influences, such as Lexdinamo or Simbad. In 2008, the latter invited Exequiel to play the mythical annual summer night in Cordoba, at La Cantera (a magical mountain spot under the stars) along some of the countries greatest : Franco Cinelli, Jorge Savoretti or Gurtz were all part of it.

His EP exemplifies the interesting blend of deep house incorporating substantial dub-grain, that Brandub created in the ‘Maquetas EP‘ – an intimate release showing pride to its inspiration.

        Brandub (Córdoba, Argentina) Bio

Using production as the foundation of his career and the live set as a tool for their live performances, Brandub is undoubtedly an artist of the new analog & digital era.

Latin American artists have been the latest artists to feature on Richie Hawtin's M_nus label and participantion in the compilations of one of the hallmarks of the styles most cutting-edge tech house and dub techno. Thanks to these early experiences stamps step as part of Esperanza Lebel / Airdrop Records / Savor music, this material had very good acceptance in the public, dj and other producers.

        02. Nadja Lind & Paul Loraine - Great Mistake [Lucidflow Records | LFO028]

Lucidflow music is an ongoing electronic meditation where a musical and spiritual family is given the platform to explore their true ideas.

In mid 2009 Nadja and Helmut took control of their output through their own label.
Simply Lucid; bright, clear, deep, conscious and FLOW; a flowing energy & creativity. Both as their double act Klartraum and individually the label bosses both love deep, elegant and moving tracks. Expression, deepness, groove, feeling, healing, sound quality and significance is the focus on what they want to spread through Lucidflow and their message has been received by the world's most respected DJs. Their complex and beautiful journeys into sound take listeners and dancers into a trance like state, lucid and aware of their actions but able to recognize signs and contort them to discover themselves afresh.

With over 25 years production experience between them, Nadja and Helmut’s ear for quality, well produced sound means that their message rings ever truer in the ears of their followers. Artists who have released on Lucidflow include Alex Kaddour, Carlos Sanchez & DJ Ray, Gez Varley, Hatikvah, Onur Ozman, Paul Loraine, Silicone Soul, Silky, UGLH.

Lucidflow was founded as the platform for Klartraum’s purest music and the tracks from the label bosses adhere to the integral approach of Ken Wilber's AQAL map. The label is aiming to reach open minds - as some people have already recognised - to spread a message: Of how to become more conscious, more empathic, aware, developed, open, loving, courageous, and to link these personal developments for one uplifting flow.

        [Justaweemusicblog.com]

Making a different mistake every day is not only acceptable, it is the definition of progress. (Robert Brault)... Fresh off the back of their ‘Making A Difference’ EP, which found huge support from the likes of Steve Bug, Joris Voorn, Luke Solomon, Slam and Gel Abril. Lucidflow founder Nadja Lind again teams up with Paul Loraine on ‘Great Mistake’ EP. A four tracker EP that will see them confidently build on the success of their previous releases, it’s first track ‘Great Mistake’ that’s our favourite.

Another good offering from the Lucidflow label and a strong addition to an impressive and rapidly swelling roster of the releases.

        03. Till von Sein feat. Fritz Kalkbrenner & Thalstroem - Blueprint (Kollektiv Turmstrasse Remix) (Reworks 1) [Suol | SUOL 036]

2011 has been a good year for Suol and of course we won't hold back in 2012. The second single "Reworks 1" of Till von Seins Album "#LTD" is first in Feb with amazing remixes by Kollektiv Turmstrasse, SLG and Erdbeerschnitzel.

The release starts with "Blueprint" featuring Fritz Kalkbrenner & Thalstroem. The track already got a lot of attention as part of the album and when we asked the remixers which track they wanna rework, 2 out of 3 decided on working with Fritz's vocals. The original is smooth and groovy ... Till in best form!

Kollektiv Turmstrasse are up next with their interpretation of Blueprint. We are happy to have the guys on board again after a while of absence. Their deliver a brilliant piece ... what we expected. A deep vibe but still driving ... great use of the vocals. The open air season awaits.

Till's friend SLG from Polands finest Pets label also picked Blueprint for his remix and gives us a hint of the polish winter. Industrial, dark pitched vocals, amazing energy and a hint of old school techno gives this one a different direction. Great!

Erdbeerschnitzel is last but not least with his remix for "Tilly's 61 Rhodes Jam". The Suol crew has been banging his track "To An End" up and down the clubs so we wanted him on board for this. Tim didn't let us down. A 99 bpm groover, nothing really where it belongs but everything just right. Warmup at its best!

        Released by: SUOL
        Release/catalogue number: SUOL 036
        Release date: Feb 3, 2012

Label Veteran Daniele Papini graces BNS once again with his unmistakable production and the subtle arpeggiated beauty in his latest track "Staying Away From Me.

Last but not least we are glad to present a track by label owner Gregor Tresher together with German Marathon-DJ Karotte, that has been a secret weapon in both of their sets for a long time and finally sees the light of day 2 today. The digital version of this release features two more exclusive tracks: German newcomer Wollion arrives with a supercool House workout accurately named: "Like That- and finally Mario Da Ragnio, who already caused a stir with his track "Tiguan- a few months ago, does it once again: "Suicide Snake-! Mechanique Bio

Starting in 1998 as an EBM / Industrial project, Mechanique - alias of a Portuguese designer called Jaime Paiva – naturally and rapidly evolved from the inspiring influences of Nitzer Ebb and Front242 into the soundscapes of Techno and House music.

The chance to be published for the first time came with the national contest promoted by DanceClub magazine in 2001, whose prize was having a track released on the mag’s compilation.
After some months only, he saw his first EP, “Hookers on Dope”, being pressed in vinyl and released by the Portuguese label Kaos Records. This brought Mechanique to public attention, thanks to Kaos Records’ legendary A&R Dj Vibe, who fostered the release, and to the excellent feedback received by big artists like Danny Tenaglia, John Creamer & Stephane K, Dj Yellow, Low End Specialists and Buddha Morales, among others.

Since then, Mechanique has produced dozens of original tracks and remixed the works of some of the most exquisite artists in the scene.
Up to date, about half a hundred tracks with his signature were licensed to labels such as Kung Fu Dub, Arabica, Manuscript, Composure UK, Universal and Aenaria, among others, while his name has appeared in releases alongside those of Hakan Lidbo, Jussi-Pekka, EBE, Lucas Rodenbush, Jeff Bennett, Kriece, Subsky, SQL, Pako & Frederik or Cristian Paduraru – among which many were supported by artists like Hernan Cattaneo, The Timewriter, Luca Ricci, Alland Byallo or Brendon Moeller.

A technology addict, he religiously makes use of Ableton Live software in his performances, pioneering its usage in Portugal since 2002, offering his public an organic and sublime hybrid dj set/live act in a non-stop streaming of carefully selected tracks and parts. This particular manner led him quite far, giving him the privilege of acting in some of the top world clubs such as D-Edge, Kiwi and Lov.e.

In parallel with production and live performance, Mechanique also runs his own label, Benthic Recordings, focusing in scouting quality Tech-House, Deep-Tech and Dub-Techno, all styles that had a particular impact on his musical choice and taste throughout his career, since the very beginning. Benthic Recordings had the privilege to sign some of the earliest or even debut releases of currently acclaimed artists, namely SQL, Pedro Zoy, Kaesar, L.O.K.I, Nightfusion and Modern Process, keeping it’s task of discovering new talented artists throughout the world.

Past and present radios, such as Frisky Radio or Ibiza Global Radio, broadcast his sessions for the world to hear, while Mechanique keeps working to be part of and improve the vanguard of today's electronic dance music, either as a producer and live performer or by finding new talents as a label manager.

In the beginning of 2012, Jaime started his side project Sphitzio, directed towards darker, more experimental techno, having his debut EP's in the same year.
        sigpicSimonR

This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.
