BCM to Open in the UK
A section of the clubbing world adores BCM Mallorca – the huge multi-roomed club space out in, yep, Mallorca, which brings an endless selection of superstar DJs from the worlds of house, electro, pop, urban, r&b to its confines each week throughout summer. Famous for its foam machines, megatron ice cannons, dancers, colorful production and all the brands like Cream, Radio1 and Judgement Sundays who take over the place each week, the great news is it's all coming to the UK! First there will be a tour, then a permanent new club…
The team behind the Mallorca club aim to bring the whole sensational experience to a special city in England by opening a BCM right here in the UK. The Mallorca club came high in DJ Mag's Club poll last year at number 11, and after such a storming summer in 2011 it’s likely the place will break into the Top 10 this year.
When BCM does arrive on these shores you should expect all the usual shenanigans and a similarly varied music policy which takes in house, urban, pop, grime, trance, bass and so much more…
Just ahead of this there will be a BCM Tour taking in Edinburgh, Bournemouth, Bolton, Manchester, Southampton, Glasgow, Dumfermline, Swindon and Leicester to name but a few, and of course back in Mallorca the summer of 2012 at BCM is sure to be another fine one with new resident Calvin Harris plus all sorts of live acts from the world of pop, house, urban and r&b such as Dizzie Rascal, Example & Wretch 32 all featuring on line-ups throughout the sun filled months.
