Non Electronic Discs you have to listen to!

We all love that flying sets of John and Sasha, that sounds that make you travel out of your mind. Well.. there`s a lot of music that`s not actually electronic but that can make you feel and enjoy that.

I wan`t to share a nice album that i can`t stop listening. The band has uploaded it to it`s web site under CC so there no problem sharing it.

You can find it in http://luzparis.com.ar/luzparis.html you got to click the rabbit (it brings you to "discografia") and them the rabbit that apears to your rigth whem it says "descargar disco". The album name is "Tierra de Conejos" (just in case). They first one is not that good, but their seconds is a bomb. It`s sounds some way like Mogway and that kind of music.

Now that this post is open feel free to share your non electronic music that you feel that other will enjoy. I got two other albums to share from other bands.

Hope you enjoy this disc as i do.

I will listen to them. The one i shared was mixed by "Canu" from "Altocamet". You could remember him from the track "Pasion Descalza" that Dave Seaman and Cattaneo used to play on 2001 and 2002.

For anyone into Joy Division, The Cure and new-wave/post-punk/dark-wave bands of the 80s in general, I´d recommend 3 bands which are current, but whose sound is a bit like ann updated version of that :

                HTRK

                Tropic Of Cancer

                The KVB

My sentiments exactly... however at the moment I am quite enjoying Foo Fighter's latest offering as well as My Morning Jacket's Circuital.

This is pretty awesome. I like the first tune a lot, I will have to check this out. I don't know much world music besides Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Geoffery Oryema. Any other good rhythmic stuff like this to listen to?

On that tip, Buena Vista Social Club is freaking awesome:

I must admit. Really loved this trio: The Stephane Wrembel Trio.

                        Some great gypsy jazz.

Did some songs for the Vicky Barcelona Film.

a well rounded arsenal of music has always been my forte - so you need some :

                              Miles Davis / Cannonball Adderley
                              KRS-1 / Dr Dre
                              Judas Priest / GnR
                              Queen / Pearl Jam
                              Beth Orton / Mercury Rev
Neil Young / E Street Band
                              MGMT / Arcade Fire
Goodby Mr Mckenzie / Badly Drawn Boy
Matt Sevier / Hope Sandaval /
                              Beth Gibbons / Bon Iver

the list is just endless and thats why good music is so empowering and a lifelong passion.

Seeing DeathCab for Cutie in a month or so.
