Hac Le's mix was personally selected by John Digweed from over 2,000 entries as the grand prize winner. Hac?s winning entry will be featured on John Digweed?s KissFM radio show in the near future. Stay tuned! As part of his prize package he was recently flown out to Denver to open for Digweed at the Church. Beatport.com, one of the sponsors of the contest also orgainzed the official afterhours party at 2AM to showcase Hac's talent.

someone told me there were only about 40-50 people in the club when he played.

Thanks everyone! Deceptive Cadence is indeed the mix entry that won me the contest.

It was kind of slow when I got on the decks at the Church at 8:30pm...but by the time I got off at about 10pm there was like 100-150 people or so. I kept it kind of groovy, funky and chunky as the opener. Desyn went on after that and John Digweed came on at about 11:30pm. Thanks to the folks at FutureMusic, Beatport and The Church I had a chance to show them my stuff at the afterparty at 2AM afterhours. There was a good crowd of like 300 or so people there and they really got into it. At any rate, it was an amazing experience. Denver has a really good scene.

I'm going to be opening for Kazell this weekend in Chicago and Milwaukee and will try to record it and post it to the Play Co. Web Site. Sign-up on our elist for updates.

Really looking forward to doing a mix for Ariel's radio show in December. Thanks for the opportunity Ariel!
