Springtime brings forth blooming flowers for eyes to gaze upon. The collective minds of musicians and artists arise from the frostbitten immobilization of Winter and begin to spark with inspiration. The moment seems right for some of the compositions in the library to be worked upon again. These special Tulipa tracks have been revisited for this premiere occasion. They are remixed, reanimated, and rejuvenated for Maple Tree Revisions.
Tulipa Recordings welcomes a slew of artists debuting on the label: Animaltek, Carsten Rausch, Anton Lanski, AN:TI, Issac, Sousk, Alessio Frino, Moonchine, and Meshe. They have all created profound versions of the selected tunes, and they are nothing short of being masterpieces. Label regulars Diyo, Artur Reimer, Nomean, and Eddu Reig also provide startling remakes, rounding off the release with a pleasing balance of new and seasoned producers to the imprint.
Maple Tree Revisions are a testament to the joys of both the new and the old. The sun is shining brightly outside and the showers are pouring endlessly. Sometimes stopping to take a fresh breath of outside air is the the first ingredient for new life to emerge.
