Brazil's D-Edge Turn 12 with Sven Vath!
You could argue D Edge kick started a revolution in Brazil... it’s been one of the country’s most celebrated nightclubs and one always content to going its own way, against the mainstream rush elsewhere in the country. After three years elsewhere in Brazil, D-Edge now celebrates the fact it has been at the cutting edge in Sao Paolo for 9 whole years, making the club a total of 12 years old and a veteran of two different cities.
Under the stewardship of owner, passionate music lover and warm host Renato Ratier, D-Edge has also grown to encompass a record label and agency of excellent repute, both of which nurture and enhance local and national talents and scenes with vigor, and so too is the club about to release a very special compilation from Luke Solomon.
Bringing the finest underground talent from the worlds of house, techno and everything in between; the club is a compact but futuristic space with punchy soundsytem, award-winning design, intimate dancefloors and LED enhanced lighting.
To celebrate this decade at the top, Sven Vath will be headlining a huge party at the club on 19th April, but the whole birthday month will feature a number of special line-ups. As well as this, D-Edge will be hosting the terrace at the famous Warung where they intend to showcase the best in Brazil’s house and techno talent.
