Re-Stricted are pleased to announce that Darin Epsilon (Perspectives Digital / Perfecto) will be joining us at Pure on the 27th of April 2012.
Darin is a Internationally acclaimed DJ, producer, radio host, and label owner and is often referred to as a leader of the Progressive & Tech House scene. His Perspectives radio show and podcast, along with his frequent guest appearances on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio (www.siriusxm.com), allow him to reach tens of thousands of listeners on a regular basis. His SoundCloud page (www.soundcloud.com/darinepsilon) alone has over 300,000 total plays and receives a whopping 10,000 plays per month. He recently launched his record label Perspectives Digital (www.perspectivesdigital.com) as an extension of the brand, further solidifying his influence and presence within the global dance community. To top it all, he was named one of the winners in John Digweed & Beatport’s DJ Competition during the summer of 2011.
To date, Darin has released music on many of the industry’s most respected labels, including microCastle, Armada, Perfecto, Black Hole, and Baroque Records. J. Scott G.'s life, and it unfolds like God's origami. Each crease hides some new twist waiting to be revealed to fans hungry for the next big thing. His pursuits, having carried him around the world touring with the legendary Deepsky, have danced all around the vast arena of music's many styles. From insightful, vocal-driven grooves with Summer Channel to the rocking, near-metal force of the Whiteline Allstars, to his own dance floor stormers, Scott has displayed a necessary ferocity of purpose and disregard for rules. Some people defy convention. J. Scott G. lays waste to it.
With 2010 well underway, Scott is busy with several new projects. He’s currently in the studio with his new band “Summer Channel” working on their new album entitled “The Sweet Sound Of Inevitability.” He’s also about to release a forthcoming collaboration with 2009 American Idol - Adam Lambert as well as several of his own brand new dance floor monsters.
