thats amazing the stuff that dude did in that movie,, i wouldnt do it.. never really eat fastfood before & def. not after seeing that. his shit had to of stunk for eating all the fst greasy stuff..
If you're gonna eat anything and not exercise, of course you're gonna suffer. I would like to see someone doing a similar documentary with a diet consisting of all the fast food outlets - KFC, Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Taco Bell, Burger King.. etc just for a bit of variety!
