Whilst you'll find very little information about Miami Ice on the internet, you will certainly find an abundance of quality Deep House across some of the scenes most popular-Deep labels such as Lost My Dog, Endemic Digital, Unrivaled Music, Wasbai Recordings, Stylus Recordings and many more.
On remix duties, we have SOS' Demi, who needs very little introduction! Handpicked by Danny Tenaglia to play at his Be Yourself parties on the strength of a mixtape (at a time when mixes were still on tape), Demi’s renown as a DJ was obvious even in the early stages of his career. Having since gone onto record a Radio 1 Essential Mix, plus record compilations for the long-running Balance series and Ministry of Sound witt the SOS project, his most recent mix was ‘Sounds like Alola - Volume 2’ for the deep house label, run by Omid 16B.
His recent podcast mix for DJ Magazine threads together his extensive tastes, mixing Kate Bush with Pezzner, for a Balearic ride that will bring the sunshine even if it’s cloudy.
At present, Demi is channelling all his love and devotion towards the recordings of a debut album for a sonic assault on the masses, as well as future collaborations and guilty pleasures. The studio output has been a slow and deliberate process of developing and evolving both a technique and vision to manifest his demented mind and soul. There is also the small matter of an SOS artist album which has had a collection of sketches and sonic experimentations amassed already over the years and continues to evolve in the highest possible manner.
Sponsored and armed by industry giant such as Pioneer and Native Instruments, Demi's journey continues to give what you need, not what you expect.
