Will McGlone returns to Tulipa in 2012 for a remarkable debut EP full of otherworldly openness, minor-key missions, and atypical architecture. Into The Dusk encompasses all of the feeling and inspiration that Will has been garnering for the past twelve months and translates it into a modern expression of sound and color. Deep within the layers of the title track rests an unmistakable groove oozing with the highest level of sophistication and modesty. Will McGlone has created something concretely sublime.
Deep house mover/shaker Terry Grant joins the Tulipa family with his undeniably poignant remix. Terry has assembled live instrumentation and detailed compositional elements in his version of Into The Dusk and has evoked the most awe-inspiring spirits. Moonchine are in on this rendezvous too. They have etched together an unfailing predecessor that tackles new musical constellations within its confines. Andrea Fissore rounds the exterior out with a techno remake that twists and burns confidently into present memory. Will McGlone's Not Forgotten, originally released on Tulipa Recordings in 2011, concludes this journey of auditory pleasance.
Will McGlone turns out to be another detrimental player in the Tulipa brigade. Into The Dusk glows like the most profound epiphany. Will has forged a new path down the twisted currents of the mightiest moods, and come out victorious.
