Feast
93 Feet East, London
Every Saturday
3pm-4am
For just shy of two years have Feast been doing monthly parties at 93 Feet East in London. Initially started and remained as a free party, their bookings have always steered through the underground house scene with everyone from Waifs & Strays to Huxley via Ilario Alicante and DJ T all playing the party in the past. Now though, they are going weekly, every Saturday, and open nice and early at 3pm to make the most of the summer sun (if there is any!) and will carry on until 4am.
The club itself, with three rooms, wrap around courtyard, killer soundsystem and nestled in the heart of Brick Lane, also bumps to the sound of the able residents each month, namely Liam Webb, Billy Hill and Jamie Ward. Over the next 6 weeks or so, Feast has a great selection of parties with a mixture of established talents and more new school stars.
Butch of Cocoon and Cecile association is first on May 12th, and then comes One Records boss Adam Shelton on May 19th. As for June, Nervous Records man Raffa FL plays on the 2nd, followed by Inexc of Leftroom on the 9th June, Hot Waves talent Ashley Wild on the 16th, 2020Vision produce and DJ Simon Baker on 23rd June and Matt Fear, again of Hot Waves, on June 30th.

INXEC
JAMES POPLE
This party marks the very special 2nd anniversary of Feast and is headlined by talented DJ and producers Inxec and James Pople.
Cutting a two metre shadow, with blue eyes and red hair - its not hard to miss the sky scraping figure of Inxec. As an ever rising talent with an ability not yet fully blossomed, Inxec produces music from his beloved house right through to heart breaking, thought inspiring mood sections for national radio plays here in Germany. Leftroom, Barraca, Coocon and more are the sort of quality labels you can find him on.
James Pople, meanwhile, has played alongside the likes of Cozzy D and Alexis Raphael at Creche as well as gaining the support of Rob James, Miguel Campbell and more. Production wise his sound crosses woozy, eerie and frighteningly sharp deep-house grooves. From the slow canter and soul influence of 'Who's That Girl?' to the electro-soaked melodies of his debut release 'Keep It Up' on Lower East.

ASHLEY WILD
Born in the UK and into a musical family, much of Ashley's childhood and early years were spent at festivals supporting his father perform and helping run a festival on the south coast. Such an up bringing and exposure to folk and roots music certainly shaped his interest in music and an open mind when its comes to electronic music, namely house and techno. Moving on a fair few years and Ashley today is very much part of the new breed of UK producers coming through with his own roots laid in deep house and techno, but also is a keen DJ who has played all across Europe.

SIMON BAKER
Simon Baker released his excellent debut album on 2020Vision last year: it was a pure house affair which investigated the many shades of the genre with a deft production prowess also seen before on labels like Cocoon, ViVA and Rekids. He is no doubt sure to employ the same knack for getting you dancing when he DJs tonight, as he has done all over the globe in his career to date.
