why am i having such difficulty finding the FTP info?? can someone point me in the right direction?

did you guys ever get the ftp back up and running. I'm having a hell of a time finding the login info for this.

i keep seeing that thread that says the ftp is going to be down but should have it back up by weekend and that was about a month ago.
