Since the conception of our ‘Showcase’ parties we have strived to promote fresh underground vibes spanning the House, Disco and Techno genres. We have considered very carefully every artist who graces the decks to try and offer something different and new that you otherwise may not have discovered. It is this attention to detail that has enabled us to celebrate our FIRST BIRTHDAY in true Deep’art fashion. On 21st July we host a very exclusive party in London, and one that we are honoured to be able to present.

We bring you a MEXA Showcase….

Founded by Louie Fresco and Jay Blakk (one half of Climbers), MEXA Records is the hottest New Kid on the block, even hotter than Jordan Knight (a 90s reference there for the slightly older generation). Their aim has been simple, to create a platform for the best unknown talent in Mexico, starting in their hometown Mexicali B.C. and then looking for the most talented producers across the globe. As far as we are concerned in the few months of their existence they have achieved this with some amazing releases due for 2012.

With a late license in the bag, meaning we will be going on till 6 o'clock in the morning, morning...we have a heavy hitting line up for you….

The CLIMBERS will be making their debut in the capital with us and it most certainly wont be the last time either. This Mexican duo are a young and promising future prospect who currently hold a residency at Mexico’s famous “El Internacional”. Their tracks are characterised by classic house percussions, overwhelming baselines, old school vocal sampling and atmospherical pads always pushing all the right buttons.

LEE M KELSALL belies the gritty urban landscapes he grew up around by spinning and producing a creamy blend of balearic disco, house and funk. His debut track ‘On The Road’ released on Jamie Jones and Lee Foss’ award winning Hot Waves label and achieving a top 50 chart on RA.

MATT FEAR's remix for Jamie Jones’ and Lee Foss’ Hot Waves label has been riding high in the Beatport house charts for months now, and similar high profile releases are about to be unleashed left right and centre in addition to his debut artist album which drops on MEXA Records later this year.

We will of course be back at the BASING HOUSE for this intimate affair. If you haven’t picked up a copy of DJ Magazine check it out as there is a well deserved feature on this fantastic venue.

Tickets will be available via resident advisor and the link will be on this page shortly. It is strongly advised to get your tickets in early for this one.
