I used to sell clothes on ebay back in 2004, but have only purchased on ebay since. anyone here sell anything recently? I've heard the cost of selling stuff has gone up a lot?

Every few months I will have a clearout and will sell a bunch of dvd's, cd's and video games on there.
Cost of selling isnt too bad, but then again when I list an item I dont bother with making jazzy banners, loads of photos etc. So the listing price never goes above Ģ0.20
I honestly havent really looked at how much actual 'profit' I make but I bet it isnt that much. Pocket money really - I just leave it in my paypal account and will buy stuff from eBay with it -

cool, that's pretty much all I needed to know... i have a pair of all saints jeans that are too small, was thinking of selling them on ebay, and a bunch of other small items.

I donīt use e-bay, but I use other local buying-selling website. Just for info, I pay to the site the 5% of the price of the product when I sell it.Itīs a spiritual thing!

If the item has broad enough appeal, I always go with craigslist first. Meet local, get cash is better in my opinion. Ebay comes in handy when you need to sell something where you need to reach potentials buyers outside of your geographical region. The selling costs on ebay have gone up since 2004, but it's not too bad. But they always get you again with PayPal...Comment
