    Problems logging in

    I'm trying to get into the FTP, and I have all the info typed in correctly for the login, but I get this:

    Resolving host name (the IP address)...
    Connecting to (the IP address) -> IP: the IP address PORT: the port
    Connected to (the IP address) -> Time = 50ms
    Socket connected waiting for login sequence.
    Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...
    Continue to login attempt 2...

    (Note I removed the IP address when posting this thread to prevent non-FTP users from getting in)

    Anyway, I tried this both with and without my firewall enabled, and I still get the same problem. Any ideas?

      I just logged in to the FTP using your account details and it worked like a charm.... Can you send me an E-Mail with a screenshot showing your login mask in your FTP client? Maybe there's something wrong..

          I've had this problem before and it was because I had a firewall open. Everything went peachy keen after I closed it.

              I always disable my firewall before using an FTP. I don't understand why this is happening. Sometimes I get something that says "Username OK, Need Password" even though I typed in the password.
