We love collaborations, and after the Phil K and Habersham hook up we didn't think it could get much better. Then Stel teamed up with John Elliott (from Trafik signed to Global Underground Music) to give us 'Finding Time'

The track has been hugely successful with a whole host of DJ's and has so far been in the top 10 of the much lauded DMC Buzz Chart for 2 weeks on the trot as well as being in the top 20 of the Cool Cuts for 2 weeks running. Reviews, DJ reactions and radio support have been excellent that the 2 are already working on a follow up.

Finding Time started as an original instrumental and played a key part in Dave Seaman's highly acclaimed Radio 1 Essential Mix and was lauded as one of the stand out tracks in the mix. Vocals from John were soon added to create the Original Vocal Mix and this inspired John to construct his own K-Roxx Mix which took the track in a whole new direction. The icing on the cake finished off the project as we have also managed a bit of a coup with a storming remix from Killahurtz.

The talent involved in this project is overwhelming and each mix will cater for a huge range of tastes. The original is a beautifully flowing melodic four to the floor club track that never fails to get a huge reaction, the vocal adds to this by entrancing the listener and taking them on a musical journey of discovery.

John Elliott's own K-Roxx mix takes us into the realms of a 'proper' song with its layout yet adding a much more grittier and live feel to it with live bass and guitar sounds reverberating over the melodic synth lines of the original and breakbeat led percussion.

No strangers to making big room tracks as previously shown with 'West On 27th' on Hooj Choons and their take on Tilts 'New Day' track forthcoming on Lost Language, Killahurtz on the other hand strip back the vocal to the minimum and simply lay before us an absolute stormer of a mix filled with a throbbing slap bass and a 'rocking' guitar riff that would not sound out of place on a U2 or Stone Roses track. The Killahurtz mix also features on Dave Seamans Renaissance Presents Therapy Sessions II CD.

Killahurtz remix of Stel ft John Elliott is exactly what I'm promoting and pushing in the states, a superb remix by the boys! In my Opinion Killahurtz are on the cutting edge of dance music. They have managed to bring together live instruments and club production to great effect. The tracks they produce are playable not only to clubs but festival crowds which is very important on my circuit... Guitar Bands are big in the USA and their sound manages to deliver that live feel to the masses I play to... Paul Oakenfold.

?Killarhurtz mix is incredible. It just rocks. I dropped it on Saturday in Hungary and it received great reactions.? Satoshi Tomiie

?Like the Original and Killahurtz mixes? Sasha

"Khz mix is the one, have'nt missed a gig with this since i got it... Massive tune that goes off every time." John "Quivver" Graham

?K Roxx Vocal mix is the best one here - sounds large.? - Desyn Masiello

"The instrumental is great and the vocal is good too. I thought the K Roxx mix was the strongest" Chris Fortier

"A wicked selection of mixes, i prefer the original vocal, although I'm actually torn between all 4 mixes!" Steve Parry Juice FM

?Incredible. One of the best vocal tracks I've heard in ages...!? G Pal

?Killahurtz mix for me? - Cass

" 4 big remixes of a wicked peak time tune, will do very well for 3 beat" 3 Beat records

?Love the Stel track - Finding Time? Jody Wisternoff Way Out West

?Stels trademark production and John Elliots decadent vocals make this track a true gem. The lines between rock and house have become very blurred in a way thats pleasing to the ears. Pushing boundaries again Stel is setting himself up to be one next best things to hit progressive house. Tone Depth

"Killahurtz have turned in a top drawer mix, taking the hookiest part of the vocal and juxtaposing it against a backdrop of an 'indie-house' driving groove topped with Fleetwood Mac-esque guitars. Bang on the money for me. Massive." 9/10 Redanka

    Tune Of The Month:

Stel Feat John Elliot - Finding Time (Audiotherapy)

Audio Therapy Return With Yet Another Monster Of A Track, This Time Courtesy Of Top Greek Producer Stel, Also Featuring The Immense Vocal Talents Of John Elliot (Trafik). One Of The Standout Tracks From Dave Seaman's Recent Essential Mix, The Original Vocal Mix Of 'Finding Time' Is A Superbly Produced Melodic Number. On The Flip Killahurtz Deliver A Fantastic Peak-Time Remix Featuring Full-On Guitars And Slap-Bass, An Excellent Dance-Rock Fusion Already Finding Favour With All The Big Jocks. To Round Off The Package, John Elliot Delivers His Own K-Roxx Mix, A Gritty And Very 'Live' Sounding Breaks Remix, Whilst The Original Mix (With No Vocals) Is Also Included - Although I'd Have To Say That John's Vocals Are The Standout Feature On This Track. Another Fantastic Release From Audio Therapy With A Remix Package That's Sure To Cater For Everyone.

Stel Feat John Elliot - Finding Time - Audio Therapy (Progressive)

This First Saw The Light Of Day On Dave Seaman's Radio 1 Essential Mix Last Year And Now Set For Release With New Mixes. The 'Original' Mix Is A Slow Building, Melodic, Progressive House Track And Once It Gets Going It Really Pulls You In An Awesome Mood. There Is Now A New 'Vocal Mix' Of The Original And This Also Works Really Well With A Great Male Vocal. Next Is The K-Roxx Mix Which Is A Breaks Mix That's Full Of Energy And Also Works Really Well. Last Is The 'Killahurtz' Mix Which For Me Is By Far The Best - Solid Beats Pump Along And The More It Develops The More Rocky It Gets And Then It Drops Down And A Huge Guitar Line Comes In And When It Kicks Back In Watch The Floor Go Crazy!

Stel Feat. John Elliott ? Finding Time (Audio Therapy) Uk At015

Dave Seaman?S Label Offers Up A Big Progressive Vocal Cut That Has Been A Mainstay Of The Brothers In Rhythm Man?S Sets Of Late. Fans Of The Seaman Sound Will Indeed Go For This Record That Started Life As A Cracking Atmospheric Instrumental Before Vocals From John Elliott (Of Trafik Fame) Were Added, Fitting Like A Glove And Taking It To The Next Level. Elliott Himself Has Provided His Own Guitar-Heavy, Breaks Driven K-Roxx Mix? While The Original Instrumental Is Also Present. The Killahurtz Cult Remix Is Quite Possibly The Best With Its Stand-Out Bassline, Piano Keys, Guitar Riff And Stripped-Down Vocal Working Brilliantly But There Is Not A Bad Mix On Here.

    4/5

?On the way to total world domination, Audio Therapy is proving itself as nothing shy of perfect. With this release they give us four mixes.Overall, the vibe is big room house meets rock meets breaks and four-to-the-floor. Absolutely a force to be reckoned, it will knock your socks off!? 5/5 (Jonathan Ojeda) BPM Culture

dude...everything I've ever heard by Killahurtz was gold, but I don't actually have anything from them! West on 27th is still a diamond IMO...as complete as is gets.

      Will take a listen!
