This year, we have decided to celebrate Halloween with a "White Party"
on Friday, October 26th, 2012.
On our recent visit to Mexico, we were very inspired by the similarities in our cultural traditions.
We share a mutual strong reverence for those who have passed before us.
They have "Dia de Los Muertos" - day of the dead - in which they use skulls
and build altars to symbolize their respect for the deceased.
The true origin of Halloween is a ceremony of honoring our ancestors and the day of the dead.
We encourage you to paint your face as a skull, bring flowers and
come ready to celebrate the spirit of tradition.
