you take the cue sheet and save it in the same place you have your set saved. they both have to have the same name (one .mp3 the other .cue) open your cd burner drag or select both and thats it your set is tracked.. in my experience the cue sheets make the sets have tiny gaps in between tracks, then again could be the sofware im using..

so any soft that the tracked set is seamless?

can you post the cuesheet so we can take a look at it?
Try this: open the .cue file with notepad or some text editor and check that the filename is written correctly on the FILE tag (check for underscores, spaces, etc). Also, take a look at the end of the FILE tag, check if the extension is correct too.
example: FILE "Digital Witchcraft - December Daze On Heretic Sounds.mp3" MP3
It's an mp3 file, so at the end of the FILE tag goes an MP3 tag. Not every program uses it, but sometimes if it's missing or doesn't match the extension of the file, it causes an error.
After reading this I see I had it all wrong, I just have one more question, i'm using nero 6 which option should I choose audio, data, audio and data, mp3 etc etc...
Data is if for storing files on the cd, mp3's, exes, pictures... whatever. Audio + data would be a part of the disk containing files, and the rest audio (that means you can use it on a cd player and on your computer).
Man I'm still getting the same error "the file is not acepted"

OK. create a new cue file with this only... forget about the track names, they are useless in that case.

then start Nero, and close the wizard or the format picking window
go to FILE/OPEN and look for the cuesheet (you might have to change the target files in the bottom bar of that window)
if the cuesheet is stored in the same folder as the mp3 set, it should start working (it takes a while so be patient) and then it brings the BURN CD windows so you choose the destinatino, the speed and you're done.
