Get Physical is in its tenth year; and up to its 200th (Single) release. To celebrate, founders and owners M.A.N.D.Y. went to the studio in Brooklyn with their soulmate Jimmy Vallance; and what they came out with is nothing short of enchanting.
'Twisted Sister' is a deep blend of driving percussion and beautiful basslines laced together by ambient elements floating throughout the track. The track itself is a perfect example for superior and modern sound design and will certainly find its way into various DJ bags.
'Superstitious' raises the kicks and adds various layers of pads to create the late night feeling we all know and love. The synths rise and fall, elevating the temperature and energy creating a heavy vibe that is sure to make you sweat.

M.A.N.D.Y (berlin, DE) Bio
There is an air of mystery shrouding the true meaning behind the acronym of M.A.N.D.Y., an alias which embodies the mutual talents of childhood friends Philipp Jung and Patrick Bodmer. The pair readily indulge this curiosity by toying with various clever possibilities, including Me AND You, but the truth is likely a giggle under each of their talented breaths.
P and P have carved a unique niche in electronic music by consistently selecting productions that induce their audience into a somatic frenzy. On the platform of their aptly titled Get Physical label, M.A.N.D.Y. has achieved massive success in colluding to create music that simply makes bodies move. Their foot stamping, hair flying passion is the ultimate expression of a dance music phenomenon for many years.
Alongside a range of productions since their 2002 Get Physical debut, the duo have provided a Mix Collection for Renaissance, instalment 38 of the Fabric mix series, and Resident Adviser Podcast RA.040.
03. Hunter_Game - An Angel [Last Night On Earth | LNOE010]
Hunter/Game project was born thanks to the artistic inspiration of two Italian producers based between Milan and New York. They perform secret loft parties, in which they are able to express their unique sound. The sound comes from a deep groove and it evolves thanks to electronic and pop influences, while keeping techno inspiration as its main element.
And it’s this sound that pricked the ears of Sasha, who instantly snapped up their single An Angel as the latest single for his label, Last Night on Earth. A single that adds another dimension to the label, An Angel will be released on the 22nd October digital only.
The rich bass, mellow vocals and eerie percussion introduced in An Angel builds suspense that’s consistent throughout the EP. With deep grooves fixed firmly in Techno, each track stays dark and twisted from the grave synths and worn out male vocals in ‘Novox’, to the rumbling bass and speech in ‘Your Essence’.

07. Stephen J Kroos - The Archetype (Estroe Melo Remix) [A Must Have | AMH056]
'A Must Have'; a rather bold name for a label, stands for head honcho Jaksa Pavicevic's personal experience when listening to new unsigned music. When it's good music, he simply must release it. In summer 2008 the label was brought under Proton Management, kicking off a new era.
Stephen J. Kroos, Dutch techno veteran released his gems on Anjunadeep, Manual, Particles and Mango Alley before joining us on AMH in March this year.
His "The Archetype" EP gained some nice attention from major players in the game and now we have it in a whole new outfit, remixed by some awesome artists of techno and deep house genre. Ian O'Donovan probably one of the most talented young folks in techno industry today is first with more jazzy interpretation of "A Muse".
Lady Estroe, label's favorite handed 2 proggy influenced remixes of "The Archetype" track with her trademark touch; driving rhythm and groovy bassline but she also didn't forget the emotions here as well, and trust us when we say she definitely knows to aim with that.
Pion, label's deep house maestro once again hits the spot with his work and last but never the least, Stefan Vincent went dub techno ways with another fine interpretation of "A Muse" track. Enjoy your hearings.

09. Graziano Raffa - Globe [unreleased]
Italian born Barcelona-based Graziano Raffa makes another Resident appearance with a further original after his remixes of LoQuai 'Other Dimension' (Resident 069) and Diyo's 'Smooth Ride' (Resident 060). Graiziano's original 'Answers' featured on Resident 051.
Bio // A variegated background consisting of the union of styles and different sounds, where the common thread is the true, unconditional and consistent passion towards music.
This is the foundation of the artistic career of Graziano Raffa, an Italian DJ / Producer who, like many, started to get in touch with the world of dance music as a clubber. When he decided to propose his first productions, he found the support of many of the important representatives of the Italian techno scene. This led to opportunities to perform as a DJ, allowing him to gain experience and learn about the '"industry" from the inside.
In 2010 he met Hernan Cattaneo, a South American DJ and one of the most important artists of the global dance scene. With Cattaneo’s support, he came into contact with the scene in Argentina, one of the most prosperous and competitive in underground music.
Having moved to Barcelona in 2011, he exposed himself to a more open reality and started focusing more on discographic productions managing in a short time to achieve important feedback and offers from record labels such as Stripped Recordings (UK) and Mestiza Records (ARG) which boast prestigious rosters and high quality productions.
In addition to the studio work, he also began a monthly radio show hosted within the program Golden Wings, and appears as a regular guest on Frisky Radio.

This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.

^^Unnecessary question perhaps ? I think we all know here that Hernan has had enough bad experiences that if you find a stray set around it probably has been illegally recorded. If he wants us to have a set, he will give it to us. And it will be in great quality And it definitely won't be on Zippyshare !
On a more cheerful note. I have been listening to some of the sets off Golden Wings and would highly recommend . Rich Curtis and Soulfire in particular.

Matter of common sense again . Do you really think he would give permission after his previous experiences. ??

^^^ Logic says perhaps It shouldn't have been on Radio FG ??? A similar thing has happened before.
Seeing there is nothing really further to add maybe we should let it go and go back to happier things , after all we don't want to lose our rep for being the most peaceful place here.
