Formed in 1999, Polare is a San Francisco Bay Area based electronic group that is a true amalgam of all electronic music. Their sound covers all of the genre's distinct styles, including funky house, progressive trance, breakbeat, and drum and bass. Polare also combines live drums, guitar, and percussion with their electronic tracks to create a unique hybrid of live and programmed instrumentation. Their vision has always been to create deep and meaningful electronic music that stretched technological boundaries, but still stirred the soul.
