    Hour 1: Darren Adam

4Mal boys Anton and Evgeny first met in November 2001. Evgeny knew Anton's DJ alias ('Black Fade') and heard his first artist album 'Snow in the Air?... natives of Yekaterinburg, Russia, 4Mal are influenced by the likes of 'Renaissance: Masters' and 'GU: Nubreed'-style music Evgeny ? twelve months after meeting each other the boys started working under 'Formal' alias. Because of university studies the production speed was far from wishful, the duo finalized only seven amateur 'want-them-to-sound-like-prog' tracks and two remixes which didn't see the light of day. Anton stopped DJing on a regular basis and the boys focused on productions again. In Spring 2004 Formal finished their first semi-amateur single 'Where I Belong' (incl. two versions, 4/4 'Original Mix' and 'Autumn Breaks') which helped the guys to understand in what direction they should move. Military Service followed and after that they decided to present two versions of their next track as Anton wanted to do an intro version... Thus 'Twilight' was born!

Representing 4Mal's endeavour to find balance between 'house' and 'trance' in the 'world of progressive music', at the same time the project was renamed into '4Mal'. 'Twilight' was signed to Baroque Records. After remixing Damien Heck, Micah and Santiago Nino in 2005, 4Mal boys team up to participate in the next release on Baroque Limited.

Huge thanks to Evgeny for putting together this quite amazing mix, we really appreciate it mate.

Hope you can all tune in.......
