I doubt that there ever was a FLAC file to start with. A few years ago I did wonder if it would be better recording it through Sky Tv instead of from the Radio 1 website, but I could never be asked to find out. Radio 1 is broadcast on Sky.
My version is basically the broadcast as-is from Radio 1 on 31 May 2020 (if you combine the ISO BMFF media segments). Whether it sounds better, I've no idea.
It looks like this if I open it with the Spek tool:
If Radio 1's archives are coming from their original Digital Audio Broadcast (DAB) I've no idea... Keep in mind that in 2005, DAB was basically just MP2 audio codec, and DAB+ came later after 2007 which was based on HE-AAC v2 (AAC+). Don't expect much!
Like I wrote, I don't know if it sounds better, but I think this version is not available anywhere else except here: Cloud

Sky+HD receivers and Sky Q boxes have an optical audio output. I guess the quality would be then pure DAB+ HE-AAC v2 (AAC+) higher than a 320kbps MP3 (theoretically).
This was a superb mix, so many great memories of listening to this over the summer of 2005.
Of the links posted, which one (if any) is the better quality version? I still use my recording from 2005, but would be keen to get a more polished version
