The set-up duties Cesar Caballero performed throughout our ten-year anniversary
series and on New Year’s Eve were a HUGE factor in the parties' overwhelming
success, it's only fair we give Cesar the opportunity for an own open-to-close
event. We can't think of a better way to kick off The LocALe in 2013 than with an
entire party filled with music hand-picked from the Groove Garden.
