Sassmouth is not only a local Chicago icon for the underground scene but arguably one of the best female Djs in the US. She first got her knuckles dusty around the year 2000, when the rave and club scene in Chicago was at it’s peak. Parties were popping every single day of the week all around town. She fell in love with the dancefloor culture, made a ton of friends, and the rest is history. In 2006, Sam and her husband found an apartment on the rougher side of Humboldt Park which included a basement space that looked like the ideal spot for the Naughty Bad Fun Collective to throw their very friendly intimate events.
