I am down to two: One in the morning, a spliff before bed.
Not consciously though, it's just too cold and I can't be bothered. I find my smoking fluctuates and I seldom crave one unless I'm drinking and among smokers.

Such a tough vice to give up. Addictive on many different levels. I smoked for yrs and then decided my new addiction would be staying in shape and eating clean, working out daily. Smoking naturally didn't fit my new MO. Still tough as hell to stop .
I'm already addicted to staying in shape and eating clean but somehow still managing to smoke

Quit cold turkey in 2004. The 1st 6 months is the toughest, 12 bittersweet and 18 odd. After that you say shit like, "Quit cold turkey in 2004." Good luck.
