the e cigs help me not smoke in my car... that's primarily what i use them for. they do help me curb not smoking before i go to bed too. so in some sense, they do help me not smoke as many regular cigarettes. if you do decide to use them, just gotta be careful how much you smoke them because it's easy to get way more nicotine than a regular cigarette and before you know it, you're craving more and more nicotine.

damn smoking... i want to quit but every time i quit for a week or two, i get drunk and start again. it doesn't help that my gf smokes either.

^its great having a nice craft beer every now and then.... Getting a buzz off a few sips vs a few glasses is the jam .

Soo question for those of you who have used E-cigs with any regularity: can it cause weight loss you reckon? My buddy was super fucking skinny and the only thing different about him that I know of is he quit smoking cigs and started smoking e-cigs.

p.s. my buddies wives sister has 16 months to live on chemo and loosing hair and is in her 40's. She was diagnosed with lung cancer like a month ago. Fucking gnarly as hell.

most people that quit smoking actually GAIN weight... i don't think the e-cigs help with weight loss, but who knows. just might be his diet or maybe quitting had the opposite effect on him.

I stopped smoking this past new years. After about a month I went back slowly. Chantix really helped with the nicotine cravings but the habit part is what I couldn't drop. People who have quit successfully, have told me after about 6 months smoke-free, the cravings go away.
